After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, “Abraham!”

Has God ever tested you? Any Christ Follower who is seeking to live in obedience will be tested. Before God will give you the big assignments that most of us are looking for, He begins with the small ones.
God tested Abraham and it was no small test. He tells Him to take his only son, the promised son and slaughter him as an offering on the Altar.
God spared his son and Abraham passed the test by being obedient. That's really what God wants. He wants to know that when He calls I will respond in obedience.
